My rates are on a broad sliding scale to provide wellness accesibilty to everyone, regardless of their finanacial situation.

What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga Therapy is a process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and wellbeing through the practices and teachings of Yoga. The Yoga tradition views humans as a multi-dimensional system that includes all aspects of body, breath, mind, intellect and emotions and their mutual interaction.

In Yoga therapy, therapists & clients collaborate to form a holistic plan unique to each individual- there is no “one-size-fits-all” recipe. Potential client goals frequently include identifying and addressing causes of suffering, changing one's relationship to, and identity with, existing conditions, exploring diet & lifestyle choices to prevent the occurrence or reoccurrence of illnesses and dis-ease, and a return to, or improvement upon, general wellness. Depending on the individual, practices might include the use of asana (postures) pranayama (breath practices) mudra (specific gestures) meditation, mantra & affirmations.

Working together, we will collaborate to develop a program tailored to your needs, integrating mind and body practices to guide you on a supported path of self-healing and wellness.

It is vital to remember that each of us is already whole, and we contain the tools within to return to and move from this place of wholeness.
